Paid votes are credited only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. The platform uses unique payment records and duplicate-safe callback processing so one successful payment cannot be counted twice. Administrators can reconcile provider receipts, votes and nominee earnings through the reporting tools.

Claimed nominees receive access to Nominee Studio, where they can manage their profile, view nominations, follow rankings, review verified voting activity, monitor campaign-link performance and see eligible earnings.
