Nomination and profile support
If you need help with a nomination, nominee profile, claim invitation or login, include the nominee name, edition and category where possible. Do not send passwords, M-PESA PINs or other authentication secrets.
Voting and payment support
If a payment was completed but votes have not appeared after a reasonable period, provide the nominee name, approximate time of payment, amount and the M-PESA/provider transaction reference where available. This helps the team reconcile the payment without asking for sensitive credentials.
