The platform brings together nominations, public nominee profiles, verified paid voting, official results, certificates and nominee account tools in one experience.

Eligibility depends on the edition and category. Individuals, businesses, organisations and institutions can be nominated where they fit the published category criteria and the edition is accepting nominations.

Use the Contact page for general enquiries. If you are a nominee with a claimed account, use Nominee Studio Support to raise a tracked ticket and receive a permanent ticket reference for follow-up.

Yes, where self-nominations are enabled for the edition. Select the self-nomination option in the nomination form and provide accurate nominee details for review.

The nomination is recorded for review. An administrator can approve it, reject it or request clarification where necessary. Approved nominations can then appear publicly in the relevant edition and category.

Yes. A nominee keeps one permanent identity and profile while separate nominations link that nominee to different categories or editions. This avoids creating duplicate nominee accounts.

Open the nominee profile, select the category nomination you want to support, choose the number of votes, enter the requested payment details and complete the payment prompt. Votes are credited only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Votes are credited only after the associated payment is confirmed successfully by the payment provider. Failed, cancelled or unconfirmed payment attempts do not become verified votes.

Yes, unless a specific edition publishes a different rule. Supporters may complete additional verified vote transactions while voting remains open.

No verified votes are credited for an unsuccessful transaction. You can try again with a new payment request. If money was deducted but the vote does not appear, contact support with the transaction reference for reconciliation.

A pending status normally means the platform is waiting for the payment provider to confirm the final transaction state. Do not assume a pending payment has counted until it is confirmed. If the status remains unresolved, contact support with your payment reference.

Each payment transaction has unique references and the vote-processing flow is designed to be duplicate-safe. Repeated payment-provider callbacks for an already confirmed transaction do not create a second set of votes.

Top Awards currently uses a paid public Results unlock. The access fee is shown on the Results page and, once the payment is confirmed, that browser or device keeps access using a secure token.

No. Verification is a trust and identity feature. It does not add votes, multiply votes, alter verified vote values or create an artificial ranking advantage.

Published results are intended to represent the finalised outcome. In exceptional circumstances involving reconciliation, fraud review or an administrative correction, Top Awards may review records in line with the platform terms and audit trail.

An eligible nominee receives or requests a secure claim link. After completing the claim process, the nominee can sign in to Nominee Studio and manage the tools attached to their profile and nominations.

Nominee Studio provides access to votes, earnings, wallet and withdrawals, profile views, nominations, campaign links, certificates, notifications, Results insights, profile updates and support tickets.

Profile edits are staged for administrator review so public nominee information remains accurate and trustworthy. Your existing public profile stays unchanged until the proposed update is approved.

Claim the account where possible and submit a profile update, or raise a support ticket if the incorrect contact details prevent you from claiming the account. Support can verify the issue and guide the correction process.

Yes, where nominee revenue sharing applies. The configured nominee share of eligible confirmed paid vote revenue is credited to the nominee wallet. A nominee may also have a custom revenue-share agreement, so the applicable percentage can differ between nominees.

Earnings are credited after an eligible paid vote transaction is confirmed. Failed, reversed or otherwise ineligible transactions do not create nominee earnings.

Lifetime earnings show what has been earned over time. Available balance can be lower because money has already been withdrawn or is reserved for a withdrawal request that is being processed.

Eligible nominees can request a withdrawal from the Wallet page using the available payout method. The requested amount is validated against the wallet balance and the configured minimum, then tracked through the withdrawal process.

Top Awards optimises profile images for website performance and also generates social-sharing metadata for public nominee links. Social networks may temporarily show an older cached preview until they recrawl the page.

An approved nomination can receive an official nomination certificate. The certificate is available from Nominee Studio Awards & Certificates when it has been issued and includes a unique certificate code and verification details.

A nomination certificate recognises an approved nomination. Award certificates are tied to published recognition outcomes such as Winner, Runner-up or Finalist where those certificate types are issued for the edition.

Official certificates include a unique certificate code and QR verification link. Opening the verification link shows the certificate record and its current status so recipients and third parties can confirm authenticity.

A nominee can open Support in Nominee Studio, choose a category and describe the issue. The system assigns a unique ticket number, emails the nominee and administrators, and keeps all replies and status changes in one conversation.

Nominee-facing activity is privacy-conscious. The platform can show useful supporter and campaign information without exposing full private voter contact details unnecessarily.
