Top Awards Expands Nominee Studio with Campaign, Results and Certificate Tools

Nominees now have a more complete digital workspace for managing nominations, campaigns, results, certificates, notifications and withdrawals.

Top Awards has expanded Nominee Studio into a more complete workspace for people, businesses and organisations participating in the awards. Instead of treating the nominee account as a simple profile editor, the platform now gives nominees dedicated areas for nominations, campaign activity, results insights, certificates, wallet activity, notifications and profile management.

A clearer view of every nomination

The My Nominations area allows a nominee to see each approved category appearance separately. This is especially useful for nominees who are participating in more than one category or edition. Each nomination can carry its own status, voting activity, campaign link and certificate record while still belonging to one permanent nominee identity.

This structure makes it easier for nominees to understand exactly what they are campaigning for rather than seeing all activity blended into one number.

Campaign tools are now easier to find

The Campaign area gives nominees a dedicated place to access and share their public profile link. A campaign is most effective when supporters are sent to one reliable destination where they can identify the nominee, see the relevant category and vote without unnecessary steps.

Nominees can use that link across WhatsApp, social platforms, customer communities, professional networks and other channels where their supporters are active.

Results and performance have their own space

Nominees can also review their performance from a dedicated Results and Insights area. The exact information available depends on the edition's visibility settings, but the goal is to give nominees a clearer understanding of how their campaign is progressing without exposing private voter details.

Where voter activity is displayed to a nominee, contact information is privacy-protected rather than presented as a raw list of full phone numbers.

Certificates are treated as lasting recognition

The Awards and Certificates area brings official recognition documents into one place. Approved category nominations can receive nomination certificates, while later stages can add finalist, runner-up or winner recognition where an edition publishes those outcomes.

This gives nominees a lasting record they can use beyond the voting period. A nomination certificate can support professional profiles, media kits, portfolios and organisational communications even before final results are announced.

Profile changes now pass through review

Nominees can propose changes to their public profile, but those changes do not immediately overwrite the information visible to voters. The existing public profile remains live while the new version is reviewed by an administrator.

An administrator can approve the changes, reject them or mark them as needing an update. If more information is required, the nominee can see the feedback and revise the proposed version rather than starting again from scratch.

Wallet and withdrawal tools remain separate

Where nominee revenue sharing is enabled, wallet activity and withdrawal requests remain available through dedicated financial pages. This separation is deliberate: voting performance, public profile information and financial activity should be easy to understand without being mixed into one dashboard card.

A nominee workspace that can grow with the awards

The broader direction is to make Nominee Studio useful before, during and after an edition. A nominee may return in another category or future edition, and the same account can continue to hold recognition history, certificates and profile information.

That creates a more meaningful relationship between the nominee and the platform. The account is not only for collecting votes during one campaign; it becomes a permanent place for managing participation in Top Awards over time.
